CRITICAL LAND VALUES AND VALUE ON MONITORING STOCK CARBON GAS EMISSION REDUCTION, DAMAGE AND OPENING OF FOREST (REDD) in INDONESIA

REDD is an important issue in improving the earth's climate. The ultimate goal of this issue is to minimize the opening of forests is important. No exception of Indonesia's forests which have important potential for improvement of the earth's climate. Why this is important, climate change is a global issue regarding the health of the earth. 

Earth disturbance starts from the widening ozone hole, so not too hot sun filters and raised the temperature at the earth's surface, the hole gradually wider and increasingly felt the temperature rise in the earth's temperature. This widening is due to industrial activities on the earth who use substances destroying the protective earth. Forests can improve the earth's climate changes, so the forest is the physical strength of the earth. Currently, the Earth experienced disruption to the physical. The interference can be felt in the ends of the earth the north.


Norway is a country located at the northern end of the earth, the country is expecting RI willing to work together and this has been agreed by both countries in the form of Program REDD (Reducing Emission Deforestration and Degradation). Impact of climate change is felt by Norway, the ice contained in the polar caps have melted due to the earth's surface temperature increases from the increased area of the ozone hole created by the industrial activity on earth. 

Liquid ice movement has been far seaward, and if this ice movement in the opposite direction, then the first country to mendapatkanya Norway. For the Government of Norway together with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia made a deal in the improvement of forests potentially important. Forests can neutralize waste gases of industrial gases that can damage the protective earth from the dangers outside.

Working methods of analysis was done for the Critical Land Value is based on the Technical Guidelines for Spatial Data Compilation of Critical Land in 2004 by the Directorate General of Land Rehabilitation and Social Forestry (RLPS) and Letter of the Director General of RLPS No. S.296/V-SET/2004 dated 5 October 2004. Measurable variables to meet the NLK as independent variables consisted of variables; spatial data coverage, land, land slope of spatial data, spatial data rate of erosion, the productivity level of spatial data and spatial data management criteria. Results of the measured variables would make the independent variables are bound to translate to the shape of the space form; room is very critical, critical space, space rather critical, space is not critical, the critical potential of space and space is not critical.
